August 19, Fineko/abc.az. In January-July this year, the State Property Service held 40 auctions for the privatization and leasing of state property.

Shareholdings in 13 joint-stock companies, 10 small state-owned enterprises, 2 unfinished buildings, 327 vehicles were privatized through the auctions, ABC.AZ reports citing the service.
For seven months of the current year, 16 mineral deposits were put into operation through auctions.
In January-July, the state budget revenues from privatization amounted to 32.4 million manats.

In just seven months, 2,252 new lease agreements were signed. Of these, 498 belonged to non-residential premises, and 1754 to land plots. This is 2.6 times more than in the same period of 2021.

In general, for seven months, about 13.9 million manats was paid to the state budget from the lease of state-owned immovable property (non-residential and land plots).
So, in January-July this year, the state budget received about 46.3 million manats of funds from the privatization and lease of state property.
