How much has credit debt of households grew for last 3 reporting months?

September 30, Fineko/abc.az. In August 2022, households’ credit debt increased in the country.

ABC.AZ informs that for the 3 reporting months (June-August) of 2022, the total credit debt of households increased by AZN 644.8 million.

If at the end of 2021 the share of household credit investments in the total volume of credit investments was 50.3%, then in August 2022 it was 54%.

Credit investments in construction and real estate acquisition (including mortgage loans) are household credit investments.

In August, credit investments in construction and real estate acquisition grew by AZN 49.5 million, and for the past 8 months of this year by AZN 351.9 million, reaching AZN 2.835 bn.

In August 2022, total loan investments amounted to AZN 151.2 million, and in 8 months of this year increased by AZN 2.17 bn up to AZN 19.136 bn.
