January 25, Fineko/abc.az. Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) has published a report on financial indicators for the past year.
ABC.AZ reports that bank's loan portfolio at the end of December amounted to AZN 159.7 million, including the mortgage loan portfolio – AZN 39.2 million.
Bank's mortgage loan portfolio grew by 28.9% last year.
Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) gave more than 1,500 loans for business development, which is 10-fold more than in 2021. The total amount of the given business loans exceeds AZN 44.3 million.
Population’s bank deposits for 2022 increased by 18.4% up to AZN 63.8 million.
The bank's liquidity ratio at the end of 2022 was 98.6%, which is more than 3-fold higher than CBA minimum requirements.
The total capital of the bank in 2022 increased by 16.7% up to AZN 80.2 million, which is 60.4% higher than CBA minimum requirements.
Owners of motor vehicles registered in foreign countries, or persons driving these vehicles passing through the territory of Azerbaijan, will be considered road tax payers and vehicles belonging to these persons as the object of road tax.
