He noted that while the process of execution of this decision is not entirely clear.

"As we don’t know how certain changes will be implemented in the execution of the decision, what will be the approach of local executive authorities, municipalities to this matter. The decision made deserves consideration, but it is important to what extent local executive bodies will follow the process, what the new mechanism will be. Since we don't know them yet, it's hard to say what impact they will have on land prices.

But it would be a mistake to expect their prices to fall. This is due to the fact that with development of various directions in the country, there is an increase in prices, including in the price of land plots. In this sense, it would be wrong to think that the decisions taken will have a positive impact on the price of land plots," the expert added.
