Economic independence granted to CBA

June 5, Fineko/abc.az. It is proposed to grant economic independence to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the draft law on amendments to the Law on the Central Bank.

According to the document, the CBA has economic independence, and the funds received from the sale of its assets or their alienation in another way relate to its income. With the exception of the case provided for by this law, the CBA is not liable for the obligations of the state, and the state is not liable for the obligations of the CBA.
