July 6, Fineko/abc.az. An extraordinary general meeting of participants of national processing center MilliKart LLC has been held under the chairmanship of Zakir Nuriev, the head of the Board of Directors of the Rabitəbank Supervisory Board.

MilliKart reports that the meeting participants adopted a number of decisions on MilliKart’s development strategy for 2019-21 and approved the audit report for 2017.

"The new membership of the Board of Directors was also approved. The Chairman of the Board of Azərbaycan Sənaye Bankı, Dogan Tandogan, was elected the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. The participants also decided to attract new participants (shareholders)," MilliKart said in a statement.
