Two new metro stations to open in Baku by end of 2018

November 8, Fineko/abc.az. Baku Metro Company continues construction of the purple line.

Company’s chief engineer for operation Alikhan Osmanov has stated that another two new stations of the purple line will be put into operation by the end of the year.

"The point is that company SYSTRA, which is the main designer, has developed only the concept of the purple line and provided the main directions. For the short term Bakmetroproekt stepped activated work and developed the necessary projects. And therefore, by the end of the year it is planned to commission two stations," the chief engineer said.
