Central Bank`s revenues from currency reserve management reached $115 million in 2018

February 1, Fineko/abc.az. The currency market of Azerbaijan was fully balanced last year.

CBA chairman of board has stated that following the past year, Bank's revenues from the management of foreign exchange reserves amounted to $115 million.

"In 2018, currency reserves increased by approximately $300 million, including $115 million received from management of foreign exchange reserves, 1/3 due to the return on swap operations rendered to banks during the crisis, the rest from providing liquidity on operations with international financial institutions," Rustamov said.
