IBA-Moscow files a lawsuit against Kazakhstan`s Munai Ontustik for breach of loan liabilities

February 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Russian daughter of the International Bank of Azerbaijan, IBA-Moscow, has filed a lawsuit against Kazakh company Munai Ontustik for 367.5 million rubles ($5.57 million).

The Russian media report that the claim to the arbitration court was filed for failure to fulfill liabilities on loan agreements.

"To date, the statement of claim is accepted for production. The court session will be held in the Arbitration Court of Sverdlovsk Oblast on 5 March," the media inform.

Munai Ontustik is engaged in exploration, production, processing, purchase and sale of oil and petroleum products.
