Budget revenues increased at expense of State Customs Committee

January 13, Fineko/abc.az. The State Budget received taxes and fees in the amount of AZN 402.28 million from the State Customs Committee in December 2019 (11.4% more against November 2019).

ABC.AZ informs that for the reporting month transfer of customs duties to the country’s budget increased by 23.6% up to AZN 110.65 million. Transfers on VAT for December grew by 6.3% up to AZN 268.995 million, on excise taxes by 38.8% up to AZN 18.78 million, while on road tax decreased by 22.3% to AZN 3.855 million.

The Committee also reported on taxes and duty transfers to the State Budget for Jan-Dec 2019. In particular, the SCC transferred taxes and duties for AZN 4.408 bn (28.4% more versus the 2018 same term) to the State Budget for 2019. VAT transfers for the reporting year increased by 28.3% in annual terms and reached AZN 3.004 bn, excise taxes by 46.9% up to AZN 249.6 million, and road tax by 13.1% up to AZN 45.4 million.
