Samir Sharifov: Work on reconstruction in liberated territories is a priority

November 23, Fineko/abc.az. Certain amendments will be made to the Draft State Budget for 2021, ABC.AZ reports citing Finance Minister Samir Sharifov. 

He noted that the priority is to carry out reconstruction work in all territories liberated from occupation, create socio-economic, energy, municipal, transport infrastructure, and create conditions for the life and business activities of our citizens returning to their native lands. 


"As President Ilham Aliyev noted, the processes of improvement, construction and development will soon begin in the whole of Karabakh," the minister underlined.
