January 25, Fineko/abc.az. AzerGold held an online meeting dedicated to the results of the last year and the upcoming tasks.

ABC.AZ was informed at AzerGold that as a result of the export of gold and silver by the mining company to the world market, the country's economy received earnings for AZN 186.5 million for 2020.

In accordance with AzerGold’s business plan 2020 the drilling operations were carried out at depth of 75,778 m for commissioning of new fields in promising areas last year.

"At that, field Agyohush 1 discovered by AzerGold was put into operation on 30 November 2020, and without the construction of a new processing plant and the relevant infrastructure, the operation and processing of rocks at the Chovdar processing site (ÇFES) began. It was noted that the first step was taken to create the Chovdar regional integrated center to be expanded in the future by commissioning new fields on the basis of this processing site," the company said in a statement.
