April 6, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening of a mask manufacturing facility in Sumgayit.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state noted that the production of disinfectants has already been organized in Azerbaijan.

"This issue arose in a short time. But our advantage here was that in our country there are several factories for the production of alcohol, where production of disinfectants that are already on sale has started. Thus, in order to fight more effectively, it has been repeatedly noted that citizens must be even more responsible and pay attention to personal hygiene. But there must be finances for that, and today these funds are already available on the market - these are medical masks and disinfectants," the president said.
