Housing Rent Fund consists of 437 houses

July 2, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past period 299 citizens who received Housing Rent Fund’s consent and made a choice in favor of housing and 213 of them completed the registration of a lease agreement with the obligation of sale.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund that currently there are 437 apartments in the Housing Rent Fund, in addition to the apartments that were leased.

The detailed information about the requirements for tenants, acceptance of applications, their consideration, selection and design of residential premises can be obtained on the Fund's website.
