Poll: Mass iftar gathering to be postponed because of pandemic

April 20, Fineko/abc.az. The Media Analysis Center has conducted a survey on how people will fast in the month of Ramadan during the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

ABC.AZ reports that 45.9% of the poll participants believe that mass iftar prayers and religious ceremonies will be postponed due to the pandemic.

24.5% of the respondents believe the pandemic will not affect the month of Ramadan, 19.9% predict the pandemic will affect the number of fasting people, and 9.7% think the fasting is easier for those who work remotely.
