President approved 4th Additional Protocol to European Convention on Extradition

October 25, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a law approving the Fourth Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition.

ABC.AZ reports that the additional protocol is aimed at modernizing and supplementing a number of provisions of this convention, adopted in 1957.

The provisions of the Convention will not be applied by Azerbaijan to Armenia until the consequences of the conflict are completely eliminated and relations with Armenia are normalized.
