ABC.AZ reports that MP Razi Nurullayev stated about this during the discussion of amendments to the Tax Code.

"Let's see if equal conditions of production, construction, import and export are created for everyone? No, not for everyone. Citizens are treated differently in different instances. Our laws are "super", we adopt very good laws, but for reasons beyond our control, the laws are implemented by the relevant authorities in accordance with their quality as soon as they leave here. This is unacceptable and generates outrage," the MP said.
