First "Shebeke" service center opened in Sumgayit

July 26, Fineko/abc.az. "Shebeke" service center, which provides all types of telecommunication and postal services at a single space was opened in Sumgayit city. It should be noted that it is the first center of this kind opened in Sumgayit.

Residents of Sumgayit can now use the services of "Shebeke" located on Heydar Aliyev avenue.

The services are available without a break every day on week days, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays.

Thus, the number of "Shebeke" service centers operating in the country reached eight. Five out of these centers are located in Baku, two in Jalilabad and Zagatala. At the next stage, work is also underway to open "Shebeke" centers in all districts of Baku city and other regions of the country.

The services provided to the citizens by the agencies of the ministry are concentrated in a single space - "Shebeke" centers, which were established at the initiative of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies. In addition to traditional telecommunication and postal services, in these centers the population can avail of banking and financial services, as well as airline ticket sales and tourism services.

At the same time, "Shebeke" centers carry out sales of local and international payment cards, compulsory insurance, electronic signature, postage stamps, envelopes and postcards, provide services for money transfers, budget, utility payments, payments for State Mortgage Fund and mobile devices registration.

Customers can also use self-service terminals that are available in the centers. It is possible to make payments for utility bills, mobile, communication and many other services through the payment system SmartPay.

The main goal of creating "Shebeke" service centers is to improve service quality, to ensure transparency and convenience of citizens.
