SOFAZ sold $4.2 bn at currency auctions

November 26, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has held 75 currency auctions since the beginning of the year with the participation of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ).

According to the review of the CBA's monetary policy, SOFAZ sold currencies for $4.289 bn at the auctions.

Currency auctions are held twice a week, and information on the auction parameters is placed on Bloomberg terminals.
