Number of BP employees is being reduced – 10,000 people may be dismissed

ABC.AZ reports with reference to Azertac that this is stated by Reuters. According to information, BP will reduce its workforce by 15% by the end of this year due to the coronavirus.

A company’s representative declined to comment on the matter.

BP CEO Bernard Looney said that the company plans to reduce its workforce by 10,000 people. This will be the largest reduction in the number of employees in accordance with the latest figures of the year.
