June 23, Fineko/abc.az. The organized surveyhas shown that Azerbaijani citizens allowed abuse in the system of SMS-permission on phone number 8103.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Agency for Citizen Service & Social Innovations under the Presidential Administration that it was established that some citizens use code ‘1’ of the permission system, intended for emergency medical needs and treatment, for other inappropriate purposes.

In just 2 days, this code was used by 129,763 people.

Currently, 738,937 active employee permits are operating for 54,512 public and private organizations, including individuals engaged in business activities without creating a legal entity.

To get permission to leave the house, 1.769 million messages were sent to short phone number 8103, of which 25% did not receive a confirmation response, due to their improper content. 9.3% of messages were answered within 1 minute.
