Over AZN 7 million to TV channels for shooting of soap operas

June 24, Fineko/abc.az. The sum spent on soap opera production at TV channels in Azerbaijan has been published.

ABC.AZ was informed on the occasion at the National TV & Radio Broadcasting Council.

In 2019 producer groups raised AZN 7.8 million for TV channels, and AZN 7.45 million (more than 95%) were spent on shooting of soap operas.

In addition, over 90% of the amount spent on shooting of local series was raised by three private TV channels that did not receive subsidies from the state and commercial structures.
