June 29, Fineko/abc.az. The Main Department of the State Traffic Police has responded to information about the request for additional information on police posts from persons engaged in taxi activities.

ABC.AZ reports that STP Main Department’s head Kamran Aliyev stated to the press that taxi passengers who do not have permits return from police posts: “Problems at the posts are related to passengers. People who operate taxis from the districts are not allowed to work in the capital. Transportation vehicles that have a separate insignia for Baku are allowed to operate by the Baku Transport Agency. And they can only move within the city limits. But other taxis, which are allowed in the districts, bring only sick people who come to the funeral. In other cases, taxi drivers try different ways to transport people without permission."
