September 14, Fineko/abc.az. The process of merging between insurance companies is not expected in the near future.

ABC.AZ was made such a statement by Azer Aliyev, chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Azerbaijan Insurers Association, at the presentation of the new ASA concept.

He explained the cause: "In Azerbaijan, entrepreneurs always try not to buy an insurance company. Our entrepreneurs try to become their direct owners."

The ASA chairman also touched upon the question of innovations in the insurance market of the country to take place soon.

"Turkey is interested in promoting the Azerbaijani insurance market. In this regard, it is planned to conduct trainings among insurers of the two countries," Aliyev emphasized.
