ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev said while receiving Rashad Nabiyev in video format on the occasion of his appointment as the Minister of Transport, Communications & High Technologies.

The head of state noted that at the same time, it is necessary to properly organize the activities of talented people, so that Azerbaijan would play its role and speak its word as a technology producer.

"For example, why were we able to become a country that invented and exported technologies in the field of public services? Because the right goals were set, the right staffing was chosen, and the president constantly paid attention to this area. However, this attention should be paid by all structures, because in some cases my instructions are fulfilled for a while, and then they are not fulfilled, or they are forgotten, or some other negative phenomena arise. Therefore, state structures, ministries, state-owned companies must fully comply with my instructions, then there will be no gaps anywhere," President Aliyev said.
