Today, Central Bank to publish a decision on discount rate

January 29, Fineko/abc.az. The first decision on the discount rate will be announced on 29 January in accord with the schedule of publication of Central Bank of Azerbaijan’s decisions on monetary policy in 2021.

The decision will be declared around 12 pm, ABC.AZ informs.

At the last meeting on 18 December 2020 the CBA decided to reduce the discount rate from 6.5% to 6.25%.

The lower limit of the percentage corridor was set at 5.75%, and the upper limit at 6.75%.
