Public catering turnover of Baku declined almost by 60%

February 3, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of turnover of public catering in the capital of Azerbaijan for 2020 has been unveiled.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Baku City Statistics Department that last year the Baku turnover of public catering amounted to AZN 476.2 million (fall of 59.4% in real terms versus 2019).

In the private sector, 55.5% of the turnover of public catering accounts for enterprises with the legal entity status and 44.5% for individual entrepreneurs engaged in business activities in this area. The turnover of legal entities decreased by 45% (compared with 2019) to AZN 266.9 million.
