May 21, Fineko/abc.az. We have invited international companies to calculate the damage and will file charges against the invaders in international courts.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev stated about this during his speech at video-format discussions "South Caucasus: Prospects for Regional Development & Cooperation" held by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center.

The head of state noted that the Armenian occupiers illegally robbed our riches, in particular our gold mines.

"Legal procedures have already been initiated with the companies involved in this case. Infrastructure projects have already started. I have declared the liberated territories a "green energy" zone, where mainly renewable energy sources will be used – water, solar and wind energy. To get a more complete picture, I’d like to note that the liberated territories are equal in area to the territory of Lebanon. We must build residential buildings and create infrastructure for more than one million people. The work must be carried out in areas equal in area to the territory of Lebanon, and most of these areas are located on mountainous terrain, which complicates the situation somewhat. We are committed to this work, and we will do it. But, first of all, we must clear the territories of mines," President Aliyev underlined.
