Insurance premiums grew for past 5 months

June 22, Fineko/abc.az. The financial indicators have been published for 5 months of 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that for Jan-May 2022 the insurance premiums in the amount of AZN 426.638 million were collected through 20 insurance companies in Azerbaijan.

According to the report, this is 7.2% more versus Jan-May 2021. The amount of payments made by insurance companies during the reporting period amounted to AZN 129.03 million (38% less year-on-year). 30.2 manats of insurance premiums were paid for every 100 manats collected on the insurance market for the past 5 months (52.3 manats for Jan-May 2021).
