April 1, Fineko/abc.az. Despite the announcement of special quarantine regime and the ban on the activities of public catering facilities in Azerbaijan, some entrepreneurs still violate discipline.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs that during the event police officers found a cafe operating at night in the territory of the 7th microdistrict of Binagadi district. The café owner and a resident of the capital, Elgiz Rahimov, and seven people who were at the facility, were detained and taken to the 5th Police Department of Binagadi District Police.

Rahimov has already been found guilty on the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses and arrested in an administrative order. And legal measures were taken and fines were imposed on customers who were in the cafe.
