Putin agrees with proposal to attract volunteers to combat operations in Ukraine

March 11, Fineko/abc.az. Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed with the proposal to attract volunteers to combat operations in Ukraine.

ABC.AZ reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin stated about this at a meeting of the Security Council.

Putin noted that he does not hide that Western sponsors of Ukraine are collecting mercenaries to participate in the conflict.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu made a report at the meeting. He offered to transfer the captured military equipment of Ukraine to the separatist Donetsk and Lugansk republics. Putin agreed to this proposal.
