Azerbaijan increases chemical industry exports 9-fold

April 1, Fineko/abc.az. Our country’s exports totaled $6 bn and the nonoil sector export $461.8 million over Jan-Feb 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that the indicators are reflected in the March’s issue of the Export Review. The nonoil exports grew by $130.6 million, or 39.4% (against 2021). Fruit and vegetable production for 2022 increased by $21.9 million compared with Jan-Feb 2021 - $92.3 million.

Export of chemical industry increased 9-fold, aluminum and products made from it by 57.4%, cotton fiber by 38.3%, cotton yarn by 35.2%, ferrous metals and products made from them by 16.5%.
