May 26, Fineko/abc.az. State budget expenditures in the 1st quarter of 2022 amounted to AZN 5.629 bn (1.9% more versus Q1 of 2021), ABC.AZ reports with reference to Central Bank’s Monetary Policy Review.

The document says that for Jan-Mar 2022 government spending played a significant role in supporting domestic demand.

In the 1st quarter of this year the socially oriented expenditures (payroll in accord with the economic classification, scholarships and social benefits, expenses for medicines and food) amounted to 49.3% of State Budget actual expenditures up to 2.87 million, which is 122.4 million or 4.6% more than in the 2022 same period.

68.7% of investments in fixed assets were formed due to internal sources and 31.3% due to external sources.
