Has Atasigorta’s chairman been dismissed?

September 2, Fineko/abc.az. Atasigorta’s chairman of board Orkhan Mammadov has left the company, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the insurer.

On 2 September, Mammadov resigned of his own accord.

The temporary performance of the duties of the chairman of board until the next shareholders' decision is entrusted to the deputy chairman of board Khatayi Ismayilov.

Mammadov has been working in the insurance sector since 2006. In 2011, he was appointed a member of board at Pasha Sığorta. In 2012, he was appointed deputy chairman of board at Atasigorta, in 2017 – first deputy chairman of board, and in 2019 – chairman of board of the company.
