ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated about this in an interview for Azerbaijani television in Salyan district on April 18.

The head of state expressed absolute confidence that today's Azerbaijani army is much stronger than the same Azerbaijani army that won in 2020.

"And in 2/5 years that have passed since the war, a lot of attention has also been paid to the issues of army construction. But at the same time, I want to say once again that we must be ready for any situation at any time," he added.
