May 22, Fineko/abc.az. The number of property and land plots registered in Nakhchivan for the last 4 months of 2023 has been made public.

ABC.AZ reports that a total of 3,106 real estate objects were registered in Nakhchivan during the reporting period, including 1,026 land plots, 86 non-residential buildings, 117 non-residential premises, 574 apartments, 1,254 private residential buildings, 4 multi-storey residential buildings, 45 property complexes.

In addition, the state registered the rights to household outbuildings belonging to 22 family farms. In addition, 2,403 technical documents were prepared on the basis of applications, including 1,137 technical passports for real estate, 1,266 plans and measurements of land plots. The parameters of 2,750 technical documents are included in the electronic real estate registration system. 3,943 data on previously acquired rights to agricultural land plots and their owners have been entered into the electronic real estate registration system.

7,062 applications were accepted for real estate transactions.

Compared with the same period of the previous year, the number of real estate objects subject to state registration increased by 29.5%.

High activity is also observed in the regions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Over the past 4 months, the local authorities of the service have prepared a total of 887 technical passports for property, 1,157 measurement plans for land plots. Compared with the same term of the previous year, the number of technical passports prepared by local service bodies increased by 74%, and the number of measurement plans increased by 48%.
