Oil has fallen in price

January 14, Fineko/abc.az. The price of a barrel of Azerbaijani oil grade Azeri Light has dropped by $0.77 (1.22%).

Today cost of oil grade Azeri Light is $62.58 a barrel.

At the New York Merchant Exchange (NYMEX) following the trading on 11 January the value of February’s futures of oil grade WTI decreased in price by $1.0 (1.9%) up to $51.59 a barrel.

At the London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures) following the previous trading the cost of March’s futures of oil grade of Brent crude declined by $1.2 (1.95%) up to $60.48 a barrel.

The difference in price of the WTI and Brent grades is $8.89 on a barrel.
