Growth of VAT, excises, property and profit taxes registered in tax revenues

August 7, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan registered high growth rates of tax revenues from the nonoil sector mainly on VAT, excises, profit tax and property tax for Jan-Jun 2019, the Ministry of Taxes informs.

Growth on revenues concerning VAT made up 18%, income tax 30%, property tax 18%, mineral extraction tax 16.2%, and excise tax 4.8 times.

Tax revenues observe an increase in the share of VAT, excise taxes, property tax and profit tax. The share of VAT in the structure of tax revenues from the nonoil sector grew up to 32.8%, income tax up to 27.9%, excise taxes up to 2%, and property tax up to 2.3%.
