October 17, Fineko/abc.az. The price of Azerbaijani oil Azeri Light increased by $0.69 (0.1%) up to $63.61 a barrel.

Prices for oil of standard grades are declining in Asian trading today after their rising on Wednesday.

In trading on 16 October at the London ICE Futures Exchange the price of December’s Brent crude futures grew by $0.68 (1.16%) to close at $59.42 a barrel.

December’s Brent futures at the London ICE Futures exchange dropped by $0.47 (0.79%) to $58.95 a barrel by 9:20 am.

At the end of trading on 16 October at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), WTI oil futures for November grew in price by $0.55 (1.04%) up to $53.36 a barrel.

WTI futures prices for November in NYMEX electronic trading by 9:20 am decreased by $0.53 (0.99%) to $52.83 a barrel.

Since the beginning of this week Brent has fallen in price by about 1.8% and WTI by 2.4%.
