Central Bank changes routine of work with citizens

March 17, Fineko/abc.az. Starting from today the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has started the relevant changes in the routine of work on the acceptance of requests from citizens.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the CBA that in connection with the temporary delay of group and individual reception of citizens in the administrative buildings of the Central Bank, the hotline routine has been enhanced, the number of operators increased, continuous schedule of hotline operation on working days ensured, and video reception organized online via Skype.

In this regard, continuous reception of citizens' appeals is carried out by mail in writing and in electronic order – by the electronic system of appeals (https://contact.e-cbar.az/).

It should be noted that written requests can be dropped in the mailbox installed in the CBA.
