May 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Agency for the Development of Small & Medium-sized Businesses (KOBIA) received 746 appeals for March and April of this year.

ABC.AZ reports wit reference to KOBIA that about 370 complaints received relate to the coronavirus pandemic and problems related to it, including problems with which entrepreneurs encounter due to the pandemic, and measures of financial and economic support for entrepreneurs.

225 requests relate to the development of entrepreneurship, 105 - problems related to entrepreneurship, 50 - support and services provided by KOBIA to entrepreneurs, as well as other issues.

In March and April 131 KOBIA call centers received 598 calls. 299 requests related to problems faced by entrepreneurs in connection with the coronavirus pandemic and related issues, including problems with the pandemic and measures of financial and economic support provided to them, 71 - support for starting a business and expanding existing business activities, 228 - agency support mechanisms, access to concessional financing, cooperation and other issues.
