AGBank and NBCBank depositors` money to be returned – return date to be fixed

May 18, Fineko/abc.az. The insured deposits in AGBank and NBCBank will be returned to depositors by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) in accordance with the legislation.

ABC.AZ was informed at the ADIF that additional information will be provided about the place and time of receipt of deposit return documents.

The ADIF informs that NBCBank was declared bankrupt by Baku Court of Appeal’s decision from 14 May 2020, while AGBank was declared bankrupt by court from 14 May 2020. Under court decision, the ADIF was appointed as the liquidator of NBCBank and AGBank.
