September 7, Fineko/abc.az. The State Register of Encumbrances of Movable Property (DƏYDR) has been reconstructed on a more advanced technological platform.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Central Bank that in order to expand the ability of economic entities to obtain loans secured by movable property, DƏYDR, commissioned in 2018, has been reconstructed on a more advanced technological platform.

Along with full compliance with modern technology and security requirements, updated DƏYDR (https://mpcr.e-cbar.az) opportunities for its integration with other state information systems have been created.

In order to facilitate the active use of the DƏYDR platform created by economic entities, changes were made to the existing legal framework to significantly reduce fees for services.
