ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this in an interview for Turkish TV channel Haber Global.

The head of state noted that a lot of help is provided for them.

"This year, 7,000 families will receive housing. The State gives a monthly allowance to each of them. They are content with the state's care. At the meetings I held with them they always expressed gratitude, but at the same time – and the desire to return to their native places. We must restore the land that was returned. I have already given relevant instructions on the regional development plan. The Azerbaijani population should return to their territories and homes in the shortest possible time," President Aliyev emphasized.
