President Ilham Aliyev made a phone call to Recep Tayyip Erdogan to discuss regional issues

October 29, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has called today his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state conveyed greetings to Erdogan and the Turkish people on the occasion of Republic Day, and expressed wishes for progress and happiness.

Expressing gratitude to the Azerbaijani leader for the attention and congratulations, President Erdogan conveyed greetings and best wishes to the fraternal people of Azerbaijan and stressed that our friendly and fraternal peoples will always be close to each other.

During the phone conversation the sides discussed bilateral relationships and regional issues.
