Districts with highest rate of mandatory health insurance services

January 19, Fineko/abc.az. According to the reports of central hospitals and their structural divisions, as well as medical and diagnostic centers operating in 23 administrative territories where compulsory health insurance is applied, during 2020, 1,147,834 people applied to these institutions 4,170,432 times.

ABC.AZ reports that according to these requests, 8,339,508 medical services were rendered.

Thus, 50% of the officially registered population in these territories were able to use services by contacting medical institutions. The following cities and districts received the highest number of requests: Mingachevir (449,837), Khachmaz (348,856), Aghdash (328,756), Zagatala (291,814) and Yevlakh (275,779).
