June 30, Fineko/abc.az. A meeting with postal operators rendering express mail services has been conducted at the Ministry of Transport, Communications & High Technologies.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting, chaired by deputy transport minister Rovshan Rustamov, was attended by reps of the Ministry, leading postal operators operating in the express mail services market, and Azerpocht LLC.

Rustamov informed the participants about the general situation in the postal market, cooperation between the public and private sectors, and measures taken by the Ministry in this area.

Further, the difficulties faced by operators rendering express mail services and matters of the long-term development of the postal sector were discussed.
