July 14, Fineko/abc.az. "We believe the issue has been resolved, and a peace treaty should be concluded between Armenia and Azerbaijan. There should be recognition of each other's territorial integrity, recognition of borders, and delimitation has begun. I should also note that international organizations are now responding positively to the delimitation.

ABC.AZ reports that this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev at the ceremony of awarding apartments and cars to the families of martyrs and war invalids in settlement Khojasan.

President Aliyev noted that Armenia should think carefully, as it may be too late later.

"As if they had voluntarily left our lands at one time, they would not have fallen into such a shameful situation. Our proposal is the proposal of the winning country, the strong side, the proposal of the winning people. If Armenia meets this proposal negatively, it is their business. But I repeat: they will regret it. And from now on we will only go forward. We are systematically implementing plans related to all our construction work, and construction work has already started. As I’ve already said, we’ll turn Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur into a paradise. People will return there and live happily on the land of their ancestors," the county’s leader stressed.
