Azerbaijan increased gas exports for Jan-Nov

December 21, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of gas exported by Azerbaijan over Jan-Nov 2021 has been announced.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee that the export of gas volumes declared at customs from Azerbaijan for Jan-Nov 2021 reached 18.256 bn cu m (48.7% higher against Jan-Nov 2020). The cost of export of declared gas from Azerbaijan amounted to $4.479 bn - an increase of 2.1 times compared with 2020.

Growth occurred due to the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP), which transports Azerbaijani gas to Europe, commissioned on December 31, 2020.
