Turkish company buys American drug producer – contract for $135 million


June 29, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish company Eczacıbaşı Ilaç has signed an agreement with American drug manufacturer Amgen for the purchase of generics and pharmaceutical raw materials Gensenta Teach for about $135 million.

The transfer of shares of Gensenta will be subject to the approval of regulatory authorities. Payment will be made simultaneously with the transfer of the share.
